June 7, 2012

The donation quilt is now finished.  The blocks have each been made by a different guild member.  The border is applique.                                           We will be selling chances for $1 each.  We will draw for the winner on July 5th at our regular meeting.

We will have "A Bit of the Fourth"  workshop with Donna Thomas on October 27th.  This is a small (8" square) quilt project.  We will be sure to learn some new techniques for working with small pieces.

July 31-August 3rd is the Labette County Fair.  There are fair flyers at THE BIN if anyone would like to get started on those fair projects.
Congratulations to The Quilters’ Bin!  This month marks the tenth anniversary of The Bin’s opening.
